Return Policy
Long Valley Tack & Supply accepts returns on unworn, unused, and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened grooming products, horse care liquids, supplements, treats, personalized items, and final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
